Position Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our company's brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise will be instrumental in showcasing our products, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth.


  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.

  2. Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, highlighting our custom uniforms and services.

  3. Community Engagement: Interact with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions, fostering a sense of community and customer loyalty.

  4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to reach a wider audience and promote key initiatives.

  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using data and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  6. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand identity, values, and messaging.


  • In progress of or has completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or fashion-related industry.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics.

  • Familiarity with social media advertising and management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
