Exchanging Your Order
We want every customer to feel confident and comfortable in their purchase. While all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to assist you with a size exchange or store credit. To be eligible, items must meet the conditions outlined in our exchange policy below and be brought in within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team with your original order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and the size you need. Our team will guide you through the process and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
Items must be sent back before a replacement is issued. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship out your new size promptly.
Our Exchange Policy
We place great importance on customer satisfaction and want to make sure every purchase works for you. You may exchange any eligible item for a different size or receive store credit within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets the conditions below.
Please note: A valid receipt is required for all in-store exchanges and store credit. Exchanges and store credit will not be processed without proof of purchase. We recommend holding onto your receipt for the full 30-day window in the event that you need to make a size exchange or require store credit.
We accept exchanges and store credit on items that are:

Unworn and unaltered

Unwashed
-
Returned with original tags still attached

Brought in within 30 days of the original purchase date

Accompanied by the original receipt
We cannot accept exchanges or issue store credit on items that are:

Worn, washed, or altered in any way

Missing their original tags
-
Damaged due to customer misuse or neglect

Covered in or containing pet hair
-
Outside the 30-day exchange window

Not accompanied by a valid receipt
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit on any item that does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, eligible items may qualify for a size exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase provided they meet the conditions outlined above. If you have a concern about a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and we will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress at any time. If you have not received a shipping notification, your order may still be processing — please allow the standard processing window before reaching out.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume and time of year. Standard orders typically process within 7-10 business days before being shipped out. We encourage customers to place orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.

How Will My Package Ship?
Orders are shipped via standard carriers depending on the size and weight of the package. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Can I Expedite My Shipment?
At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping options. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to order early to account for standard processing and shipping windows.
